Picture It! Jacksonville, Florida 2021. It’s Saturday night. Finally! Maybe you had a hard week at work or at home. You didn’t meet a deadline. Your kid was sick. It rained cats and dogs and you were late to work. You’ve been longing for the weekend and it’s finally here. Not Friday night, because you’re still tired from the week. Not Sunday night because you spend the day getting ready to do it all over again tomorrow. Saturday night! Date night, guys’ night, ladies' night, family night — doesn’t matter. IT’S FINALLY HERE! Last weekend my husband and I went the sit-down restaurant route. Knowing how much I love Italian and seafood, we decided on Vito’s in Bartram Oaks Walk off Racetrack Road.

My husband had never been there. The last time I was there was two years ago for a birthday party. So, it felt nice to go back after such a long time.
